Teeth Clenching: March 11 – Entry 3

They are close to each other. However, I will let them touch and press against each other with as much force as possible to keep my eyes neutral.

It controls response, how strange.

I will clench them and I will involuntarily grind them. It will happen and I will stop. I stop because it is painful at times it is destructive. Nevertheless, I will do it again. I will use it.

Is there a true advantage — no. However, for me it has many. It is my coping mechanism, my cloak to think first at all times. I will clench them and I will not care about the consequence(s).

Decision is mine.
