Teeth Clenching: February 28 – Entry 1
My tongue is sore. It is the interference. It stops the clenching. The clenching cannot control the emotions, does it stop me from saying things that I probably should say. Clenching = blankness. Clenching = suppression.
It is not necessary for the process, why do I insist that it is present.
Does it change the process, or interrupt the thoughts… no it just is a pause. A pause that requires thought before action. Thought before action without clenching is so realistic, so possible.
I can close my mouth and not torture its contents. I can keep it closed without force external or internal. I will be in control… eventually.
