Nail Biting: February 12 – Entry 2

Well yesterday was a weird day. I thought about 930 that I had not put my fingers in my mouth at all and the circumstances for the day being as they were that I probably would not. So much for that, because at 1140 I caught myself tugging at the side of one of my fingers! Ugh.

Thursday is today, and after being out from work for a day kind of last minute yesterday I assumed for today to be :::: insane :::::::, well it hasn’t been that bad. I did take a few moments to clip some hangnails, yes that was clip not chew. And I have done well so far that is not to say that they (my fingers) will not somehow find themselves in my mouth before I hit the pillow tonight.

Honestly, what really is so wrong about it? Most people do not even notice that I do it, and some of the ones that do notice. Are nail biters themselves! Why do they notice? They notice because they fall into this same category that I put myself into. The one were you just hate the fact that you chew on your fingers like a baby that is teething. Ridiculous.
